Being the first in the industry and in Singapore to attain the ISO 9002 certification, Kim Ann has exhibited our commitment towards total quality management. This has hence been upgraded to the current ISO 9001:2015. We are also concurrently AS9100 certified.
In order to maintain quality consistency across our products and services, Kim Ann has made a strategic decision to improve our overall performance and provide a sound basis for sustainable development initiatives. Keeping in check of our Vision and Mission statements, it affirms our conviction towards exceeding customers’ expectations and meeting applicable regulatory requirements.
At Kim Ann, all orders are approached with a total quality in mind and are reviewed on a continuous basis to ensure customers’ specifications are conformed and met. Through regular audits of our production processes and procedures, Kim Ann assures full tracebility is provided in the various production stages to facilitate timely intervention if required.
